Please note, in accepting out Terms Conditions below, you are also accepting your data being handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Orders / Payment

You will be given clear instructions to navigate the order process and will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by Paypal and all major credit/debit cards By clicking on the ‘place order’ button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions. Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.  

Special Notes

Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse you. Flowers etc are delivered next day unless other delivery date or service is selected. We guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 7 days from the date of delivery/collection. The exception of spring ranges which are guaranteed for a minimum period of 5 days.  

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if – We have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered – The price or description of the products was listed incorrectly due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and refund any sum paid by you to your credit or debit card. We will not be obliged to offer any compensation for loss or disappointment suffered by you.
